What can I expect from The Fans Strike Back - The Exhibition?
The Fans Strike Back is the largest private Star Wars collection of fan items. You’ll find photos, posters, costumes, figures, and models of different types and sizes—all official objects bought by Star Wars fans. There will also be a merchandising shop full of goodies and a green chroma to take pictures in the Star Wars universe.
Where does this exhibition take place?
Exhibition Hub, Atlanta Art Center (5660 Buford Hwy NE).
Does the exhibition take place indoors or outdoors?
The exhibition takes place indoors.
How long does the exhibition last?
The visit will take around 60 to 90 minutes.
Does the exhibition meet social distancing and health security standards?
As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.
Are the works in the exhibition original and certified?
The exhibition features over 600 genuine and official works from the private collections of fans.
Is the exhibition authorized by Star Wars?
No, Star Wars does not authorize any exhibition of its works. The exhibition presents original, official works belonging to fans.
Can we buy the items on display at the exhibition?
No, the items are part of fans’ private collections and are not for sale. However, there will be a gift shop where you can buy amazing merchandise.
Is there an audio guide available for this exhibition?
Yes, there’s an audio guide for the exhibition.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
In the exhibition there will be available a web based audio guide.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won’t be any flashing lights or similar effects that could harm people with photosensitive epilepsy or other related conditions. - The VR experience will not be suitable for them however.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there is a small bare area by the shop.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
No, most of the time you will be walking around the different areas.

Most definitely yes
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Service dogs are allowed, but the rest of the animals aren’t.

Do I have to wear a mask?
As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may require masks. Currently however, to attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, as long as you don’t use flash. Feel free to share your photos and videos on social media! When taking photos, be sure not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is the exhibition suitable for children?
Yes, the exhibition is suitable for all ages. Nonetheless, the VR tickets are not suitable for children under 14.
Do I have to arrive at the time indicated on my ticket or do I have to show up early?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time limit indicated on your ticket. However, you can arrive within 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket remains valid. However, you may have to wait for a spot to become available in the following slots.
What are the prohibited items during the exhibition?
Flash photography, alcohol and anything else that might disturb other visitors.
Can I smoke or vape during the exhibition?
No.
Is alcohol allowed at the exhibition?
No.
Are toilets available on site?
Yes.
Does the exhibition have wheelchair access?
Yes, the exhibition is wheelchair accessible. Please keep in mind that no rentals will be available on site.
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of parking available by the entrance.
What if the weather is bad?
You will be informed in advance about the cancellation of the event in case there’s severe weather forecasts. In case you’re not informed, the exhibit will be open.

Where can I get my tickets?
Who are the official sellers of the “The Fans Strike Back”?
Official tickets for the exhibition in Atlanta are available exclusively on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other site or ticketing platform.
Can I postpone my tickets to another date / time, or upgrade / downgrade my ticket?
We can help you reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or other ticket category that is not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include the order number for your tickets and keep in mind that response times can be a few days.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, it is possible to transfer tickets to the person of your choice for free. Click “Share my tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please

What is your refund policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please
contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, all of our tickets are contactless. These will be validated directly from the Fever app.
Is there a Military discount?
Yes, we offer a special military rate.
Do we offer carer tickets for free?
No.
Can I make a Group Booking?
Do you offer group discounts?
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the
main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the
groups form .
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket and its QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from
Google Play and
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
